BRIAN COOKS

Police Chief Jerry Dyer says the shooting was as a result of a rivalry between Cooks (left) and another man – Isaac Stafford (seen right).

The preliminary hearing determined there was enough evidence to force Cooks to stand trial.

His bail is over two million dollars.
