(KMJ) Speeding on wet roads leads to a deadly accident in the South Valley.
The crash happened around 9:30pm Tuesday at Highway 63 and Avenue 328 north of Visalia.
Witnesses tell the CHP that the unidentified woman behind the wheel was traveling around 100 miles per hour when she lost control of the car and slammed into a wall.
