FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Gerawan Farming will shut down its table grape operations in 2016.
The Reedley-based company, which is one of Fresno County’s largest growers, has issued layoff notices.
More than 2,500 workers will be affected.
An attorney for Gerawan says the decision has nothing to do with their dispute with the UFW and the ALRB.
