There are going to be more travelers on the roads this year, and that means the potential for more accidents.
The Central California Blood Center says it’s critical to have more donors come in – it might be someone you love that needs blood.
The blood center is hoping to increase their blood supply before the holiday rush approaches, and people just run out of time to give blood.
“You can come into any one of our donor centers, we have three here in Fresno, one in Visalia, you can pop into any of our donor centers, no appointment needed or you can go on our website and see where our mobile drives are at.” – Dean Eller, President, CEO Central California Blood Center.
From December 21 – 23, the Heroes Blood Drive is taking place at the Sierra Vista Mall from 1:00pm to 7:00pm.
They are giving away Fresno County Sheriff’s Heroes t-shirts, and donors will be automatically entered for a chance to win $100 Sierra Vista Mall gift cards, and movie passes to Sierra Vista Cinema 16.
