Gibson Elementary School held its annual fundraiser Turkey Trot.
Kindergartners through 6th grade students ran laps to raise money that all goes back to the school.
The school’s Vice Principal – Special Teacher On Assignment – Erin Bohigian -was dressed as a turkey.
This is the first year for the school’s new Principal Antonio Sanchez to take part.
He said it’s a great way for parents who are volunteering to be a part of their children’s lives while getting some exercise and sunshine.
