(KMJ) – Tulare County Prosecutors say they will now file charges against a Visalia couple suspected of homicide in the death of their 3-month-old baby.
29-year old Daniel Ramirez and 28-year old Angela Jimenez were booked into the Tulare County Jail on Friday. But Tuesday, Tulare County Assistant District Attorney Anthony Fultz said his office reviewed the case and decided against filing charges.
But Fultz said if there is more information on the case, his office may look at it again.
Last October, the couple’s child was airlifted to Valley Children’s Hospital and placed on life support after suffering severe injuries. The child died four days later.
