Search Continues for Fresno Stabbing Suspect

(KMJ) – Fresno Police continue to search for a stabbing suspect. Officers were called to the intersection of Fremont and Third Street just after 1 p.m. Tuesday.

They initially responded to a minor traffic accident. But after arriving, they found the driver of one of the vehicles had been stabbed once in the torso. He was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center where he is now in stable condition.

Based on information provided by that victim, Officers identified 35-year old David Amaro of Parlier as the suspect. He is pictured above.

Detectives are now asking anyone who knows his whereabouts to call CrimeStoppers at 498-STOP.
