(KMJ) – Neighbors called Clovis Police just after 3pm on Labor Day after they saw a man enter a home in the 100 block of Elm Avenue. Witness told the officers they knew the owner was not home.
Officers attempted to call the man outside. But, when he did not respond, they went inside. There, in the attic, they found 28-year old George Bruhin stuck in a confined space by the chimney.
Bruhin was taken to the hospital for treatment for dehydration. Now the parolee has been charged with residential burglary and a violation of his probation.
