(KMJ) Fresno Police say a Bulldog gang member is recovering at CRMC after being shot in the eye with his own gun.
Cops say, just after midnight Sunday, 34 year old Fabian Salas was trying to pick a fight with neighbors at an apartment complex in the 3400 block of East McKinley Ave.
Investigators say he pointed a gun and pulled the trigger, but it failed to fire. One of the victims grabbed the gun and hit Salas several times and then shot Salas in the eye.

Neighbors then held Salas down until police arrived. Salas, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the fight, is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
