“Investing in California” Award

AT&T California today announced that Break the Barriers as well as the Fresno and Visalia Rescue Missions are winners of an AT&T “Investing in California” Award.

Assemblymember Jim Patterson (R-Fresno) nominated the organizations for the recognition from AT&T California.

Each organization received a donation from AT&T to be used to expand their programs serving the Central Valley. The Fresno and Visalia Rescue Missions will each receive $2,000; Break the Barriers will receive $1,000.

The AT&T Investing in California Awards provide resources and recognition to organizations and programs that are improving lives in their communities and the state by advancing education, economic growth, new technologies and other essential community services.
