FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Gas prices have dropped by about 14 cents a gallon across California in the last week, with some areas seeing even larger declines.
But according to the Automobile Club of Southern California, wholesale prices are still substantially higher, than they were prior to last month.
Here in Fresno, we’re averaging $3.41 a gallon, well above the national average of $2.62.
That’s due, in part, to the special California fuel blend. Although, calls continue to be made for investigations into alleged price gouging.
