The 250,000 square foot retail center is officially open.
Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearingen joins Fresno State President Dr. Joseph Castro, who says it’s the largest project of its kind in the Cal State System – giving students or event goers a place to go.
With eateries like Mad Dog, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, Coldstone Creamery, and the Maya Theatre which opened it’s 16 cinemas -there’s lots to do.
“The Square at Campus Pointe” – puts shops and food – right on the campus across from Save Mart Center – and next to a thousand students in nearby apartments.
The partnership between Fresno State and Kashian Enterprises, the developer, means money coming in – which will be used both to pay off the Save Mart Center bonds and places money back into the agriculture lab – that gave up space for the site.
