A fifth, yes a FIFTH, set of triplets in the last few weeks are due to arrive in Fresno any day now. Doctors say Stacie Trasoras is carrying three girls.
Four sets of triplets have been born in Fresno in as many weeks – the latest being delivered last Tuesday.
All of the babies are reported to be healthy and doing well.
Hospital officials say they cannot remember this many triplets delivered in such a short period of time. Triplets occur in about 120 of every 100,000 live births in the U.S.
