Fresno, CA (KMJ) The man who was shot and killed by Visalia PD late Tuesday night has been identified as 28 year old Christopher DeLeon.
Investigators say the Visalia man was armed with a gun and committing a burglary on S. Mooney Blvd when he was spotted.
They say DeLeon refused to cooperate with officers’ commands and was shot as a result.
