FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Apple founder Steve Jobs was known for his walks, which he often used for exercise, problem solving, and generating new ideas.

According to researchers at Stanford University, there’s a significant link between that movement and creativity.

Participants in their experiments are said to have seen an average increase in creative output of about 60%.

Additionally, it doesn’t appear to matter if the walking is done in the city, out in the country, or at the gym.
