(KMJ) The man responsible for setting the “Nicholls Fire” last year in the Sequoia National Forest has been sentenced to nearly 7 years in prison.
46 year old Edgardo Fournier was sentenced Tuesday in Fresno Federal Court for setting the massive wildfire and for operating an illegal marijuana grow near Smith Canyon.
The Nicholls Fire did more than $6-million dollars in damage last Summer.
