A Squaw Valley man is pleading not guilty — to intentionally setting a series of fires.
Michael Hamilton Sr. is pleading not guilty to 30 counts of arson.
He’s accused of setting multiple fires; twelve this May, and fires dating back to 2012 – a total of 175 acres according to the District Attorney’s Office.
The 68 year old man kept looking over at his son who was sitting in court, visibly upset.
Michael Hamilton Jr. spoke to KMJ after the hearing.

Michael Hamilton Sr. will be back in court for his pre-preliminary hearing, next Wednesday, May 20th at 8:30am.
He has a preliminary hearing set for May 27th, at 8:30a.m.
His bail is set at $2,600,000.
If found guilty of all charges – 58 years- the rest of his life will be behind bars.
