How many great decisions have you made after consuming alcohol? I’ll give you some time to think about it … meanwhile, consider the latest work of the California Assembly, approving legislation making it legal for hair salons and barbershops to serve customers free beer and wine … some salons already offer drinks which is technically illegal, some drug dealers have been noted to give away salesmens samples, that to, is technically illegal … some drunks run over your dog or that loud lady next door, that too is technically illegal .. some people after getting their hair trimmed and getting loaded on 3 dollar champagne have been known to exhibit changes to their personality, not technically illegal but annoying to the point of driving other people insane … some people when doing shooters cannot sit still and later complain the pony tail was accidentally cut off in the chaos … some people agree to a scalp massage at 40 dollars and hour and later become irate, because they always become irate when the six-pack is gone … scissors, razors, vodka by the half gallon and the recently divorced … no thanks, I will not have a little off the top.
