VISALIA (KMJ) — A man who police say entered a Visalia CVS with a replica firearm and demanded money – is now behind bars.
It happened at the store in the Mary’s Vineyard Shopping Center early this morning – when officers arrived they saw Joseph Jackson running away from the scene.
Police say he was then seen dropping the replica firearm and a large amount of money – but officers soon caught up with him and arrested him.
The money was returned to the store – and the 21 year old suspect is now behind bars charged with armed robbery.
