Notorious Car Thief “Pup” Smith Caught

(KMJ)  One of Fresno’s most wanted car thieves is behind bars.
Derek “Pup” Smith was nabbed Thursday afternoon near First & Shields in a stolen car.
Investigators the gang member was also wanted on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
