Ron Jacobsma is leaving Friant Water Authority under what’s being called agreeable terms with the board of directors.
For now the board says he’s on a leave of absence for the next 30-days, but will be available to help out during the transition.
In Jacobsma’s place, Eric Quinley, Friant Water Authority’s operations manager will now serve as acting general manager.
The Friant Water Authority was formed in 2004 and Jacobsma was named its first general manager.
