(KMJ) Visalia PD has identified the motorcyclist killed over the weekend as 28 year old Rafael Altamirano of Tulare.
Investigators say he lost control of his Harley Davidson and crashed on the westbound on-ramp to Hwy 198. He was tossed from the bike and then struck from behind by another motorcyclist.
He died at the scene.
No charges have been filed against the other rider.
