Poll: Managers Less Likely to be Depressed

FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Fear, Stress, Depression… If you’re a manager, you’re likely not suffering from any of those. That’s a according to a new Gallup poll, in which fewer than 4% of U.S. executives and managers reported being depressed.

That’s significantly lower than the percentage of service and professional workers.

However, Gallup says it’s not clear whether being in management lowers the risk of depression, or if those chosen to lead are naturally less likely to become depressed.
