FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The California High-Speed Rail Authority has submitted a progress report to the California legislature.
The agency touts their groundbreaking here in Fresno, and says they're making progress on construction contracts.
But, they say lawsuits and funding issues continue to present challenges.
