FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — California State University Chancellor Timothy White says the CSU system remains strong and vibrant.
In his 2015 State of CSU remarks, White said one of the system's goals is to raise the six-year graduation rate of freshmen to 60%, by 2025.
