Calif. Jobless Rate Falls to 7%

FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — California employers added 700 jobs in December, according the latest figures from the Employment Development Department.

That may not seem not much, but it was enough to put a dent in the jobless rate, which dropped to 7%.

Here in Fresno County, unemployment fell to 11%.
