FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Senator Andy Vidak of Hanford has introduced legislation that would streamline the environmental review process for water projects, under the 2014 Water Bond.
The bill would require that any challenges to an EIR be resolved within 270 days.
Vidak says the measure aims to speed up much-needed water projects.
