FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The first California flu death of the season involving a patient under the age of 65 has occurred down south.
Influenza has already claimed dozens of lives nationwide, and is considered to be widespread in 43 states.
There's also concern over just how effective the vaccine is.
