FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Three men accused of taking part in a mass shooting that left four men dead and shook up the Homng community are being arraigned Friday afternoon.

Anthony Montes, Porge Kue, and Billy Xiong are three of seven Mongolian Boys Society gang members being charged.

The fourth defendant Ger Lee is still in Minnesota awaiting extradition.

The men were being arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Fresno County Superior Court, with Judge James A. Kelley presiding.

All men are charged with four counts of murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, and twelve counts of attempted premeditated murder.

District Attorney Lisa Smittcamp said the suspects are connected to the four murders and twelve attempted murders at a Sunday night football watch party back on November 17, 2019.

Investigators say the retaliation was planned after a shooting that same day at 3904 E. Dwight, where 28-year-old Randy Xiong was murdered.

Xiong is the brother of suspect Billy Xiong, a member of the Mongolian Boys Society.

The shooting took place 16 hours after Randy Xiong was shot dead.

Police said the gang targeted the house because they thought it was an Asian Crips party.

All the suspects are 30-year-old Pao Vang, 27-year-old Anthony Montes, 26-year-old Porge Kue, 25-year-old Billy Xiong, 25 year-old Johnny Xiong, and 19-year-old Jhovanny Delgado.

One “person of interest” Sia Vang is still being sought.

DIstrict Attorney Lisa Smittcamp says all of the suspects admitted they are members of the Mongolian Boys gang.

They are being held on more than $11-million dollars each.

One “person of interest” is still being sought.

If convicted on all charges the DA’s office deciding upon Life in prison or the death penalty.

Smittcamp says this could be a death penalty case, but the District Attorney is still deciding if her office is going to pursue the death penalty, and will make that announcement at a later date.
