Teen Arrested At Hanford Bible Camp, Charged With Rape

FRESNO,CA (KMJ) – Hanford Police arrest a Valley teen at a city bible camp — and charge him with rape.

Investigators say this all happened at Hanford’s Koinonia Church Bible Camp back on July 2nd, 2018.

“They became acquaintances through the bible camp,” said Hanford Police Lieutenant Greg Fryner as he described the circumstances around the alleged rape of the 15-year old girl. “Through the friendship that developed, they ended up in the bathroom together and that’s where the sex crimes occurred.”

The suspect, 19-year old Crispin Ricablanca, was arrested and charged with six counts of statutory rape.

He has since been booked into the Kings County Jail.

His bail has been set at $775,000 dollars.
